The philosophy of ProTaxPro is to provide an inexpensive yet powerful, comprehensive tax preparation solution to the tax professional. We have designed our products to have built-in help and access to eMail based customer service.

We offer year round, automated eMail support to our users. The support is designed to provide rapid answers to unexpected or unique situations, as well as updates for a specific return. The system will generate eMails as IRS acknowledgments come available, and acceptance or error codes are provided and explained through our automated service.

Our goal is to provide a fully functional system at the lowest possible price. In traditional software, two of the largest costs are customer service and software shipping. Being OnLine we alleviate the shipping costs, but customer service still could hike up our costs; this would raise our prices. While we do our best to help our new customers get started pre-season, telephone support is not a standard option for our products. We generally do our best to respond to telephone inquiries, but we do have a telephone support fee that is charged per incident. This way EROs can benefit from the lowest cost software possible.
